Began practicing Kundalini Yoga over 20 yrs ago in 2001. Continuous yoga practice and meditations.
Teacher Certifications:
KRI International Certified Level 1 “Instructor” 2002 Masters Touch Immersion Course in Espanola, New Mexico with Yogi Bhajan lecturing 17 of 19 nights. Global Lead Trainers Yogi Bhajan invited to train.
KRI International Certified Level 2 “Practitioner” 2009 (3 of 5 modules were KRI launches with Global Lead Trainers, other 2 were in Phoenix, AZ. Repeated auditing all 5 modules 2 more times.
KRI International Certified Level 3 “Teacher“ in 2018 Beta Group.
Trainer Certifications & Experience:
Joined Aquarian Training Academy 2007. Sevak Singh Khalsa was Primary Mentor. Taught on Level 1 Teacher Training Team 2009-2013.
Certified Professional Trainer 2012. Certified Level 1 Licensing Lead Trainer 2014.
Licensed Lead Trainer for seven Level 1 courses: 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2024, 2025.

Taught on Level 2 Teacher Training Teams 2009-2018 for all five Level 2 modules 2 to 5 times each In Phoenix and Scottsdale. Certified Licensing Level 2 Lead Trainer in 2017.

Took 21 Stages of Meditations all 3 journeys 3 times each (2014, 2015, 2016). Taught on Trainer Team for two 21 Stages of Meditation courses, all 3 journeys (2017, 2018).
Certified Licensing Lead Trainer for 21 Stages of Meditation in 2017.
